This all sounds great, you think, but how much does it cost to hire a freelance editor, translator or writer?
My fees are based on industry standards for translating, writing and editing.
These professional organisations set fair standards, guaranteeing a good deal for both client and freelance: The Society for Editors and Proofreaders and the Institute of Translation and Interpreting.
Several factors determine the investment a project requires, including the content and length of the text, the turnaround time, file type and specialisation need among others.
My rates are competitive, but I will need to see your project to determine a fair price and estimate how long it will take to complete.
Translation work is calculated per word; editing, proofreading and training are (generally) calculated per hour; and transcreation, journalism and copywriting are calculated per project.

I won't:
...give free samples.
...charge a rush fee for urgent projects.
...publicise your project before publication.
